NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, June 12, 2012
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
AT&T is proposing a conditional use permit to reduce the minimum required
setback for a wireless telecommunications equipment enclosure along a public
street from 50 to 0 feet and a zoning modification to increase the height of a
church tower from 44 to 62 feet where the maximum permissible height is 45
feet in an R-1-CH (One-Family Dwelling/Church) zone district located at 2801
Ashe Road. Exempt from environmental review. (File #12-0197; Ward 6, staff

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
