For Immediate Release May 8, 2012
The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the communities’ assistance in
identifying a suspect wanted for misappropriation of lost/found property (theft). On
4/13/12, at about 8:30 p.m., the victim left her iPhone 4G at the checkout counter at the
Fresh & Easy, 11200 Brimhall Road and when she returned for it, the phone was gone.
The video surveillance footage inside the store depicts three females approach the
check out and the female designated by the outline, picked up the phone, showed it to
her associate, and then left the store with the phone in hand.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of any of the three girls is encouraged to
call Detective John Blunt at 326-3964.
