The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying a suspect
wanted for robbery.
On 5/9/12, at about 2:40 p.m., the suspect depicted in the attached video surveillance photo committed a
theft at Rite Aid, 2505 Mt. Vernon Avenue and when a loss prevention agent contacted him at the exit, the
suspect knocked the agent to the ground and repeatedly punched him in the face. The agent was treated
at the hospital for his injuries.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call Detective Scott Miller
at 326-3947.
