The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in
identifying a suspect wanted for burglary. On 4/24/12, early morning hours, victim
awoke to find a male suspect just inside her front door. Suspect fled when detected. A
Wal-Mart bag, receipt, and bottle of rum, left at the scene tied the suspect into a recent
purchase at Wal-Mart. Attached is video surveillance of the suspect who made that
purchase and the vehicle he drove away in, which is a white compact.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call
Detective Farnsworth at 326-3555.
