Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex offender,
Miguel Haro Lara, whose GPS tracking ankle monitor is disabled and his
whereabouts are unknown.
Lara is a Hispanic male, 40 years old, 5’11” tall, 270 pounds, black hair, shaved,
brown eyes and possible a mustache and goatee.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to call the
Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
