Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex offender,
Rudy Moto Rosas, whose GPS tracking ankle monitor is disabled and his
whereabouts are unknown.
Rosas is a Hispanic male, 52 years old, 5’6” tall, 180 pounds, with grey hair and
brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to call the
Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
