The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying a suspect
wanted for theft.
On 5/12/12, the man and woman depicted in the attached video surveillance entered the Chevron Store,
13004 Stockdale Highway. Both appeared to notice the victim had left her cell phone under some papers
at the checkout counter and when she was not looking the female took the phone and concealed it in her
pants. The female suspect appears to be Caucasian, 20-30 years old, 5’4” tall, 130-140 pounds, straight
black hair with bangs, and multiple tattoos on her arm.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect, or her companion, is encouraged to call
