Kern County Recorder, also being in the Southeast quarter of Section 32, T'. 29 S., R. 28 E., M. D. M., in
the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California.

This Certificate of Merger is being issued and recorded for 1 parcel.
At the request of the property owner and in accordance with, Bakersfield Municipal Code Chapter 16.38,
the undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
states that those portions of land described above are hereby deemed merged in accordance with
provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield
Municipal Code. The resulting merged parcel is described on the attached Exhibit "A" and shown on the
attached Exhibit "B ".
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act and
local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcel described herein may be sold, leased, or financed
without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto.
Development of the parcel may require issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of
approval.

Being a merger of Lots 35, 36, 37 and 38 of Block 10 of the Mayflower Addition
Subdivision, filed for record in the office of the Kern County Recorder in Book 2 of maps
at page 29 being in Sectio 32, T. 29 S, R. 28 E., M. D. M. In the City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, Stateof California, more particularly dscribed as follows:
Parcel A
Commencing at the intersection of Texas Street & Owens Street as shown on said
subdivision, North, along the cente' cline of said Owens Street, 250.00 feet; thence at
right angle, West, 30.00 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 35 of said subdivision, being
on the westerly right of way line of said Owens Street and the True Point of Beginning;
thence West, along of the North line said Lot 35, 125 feet to the southwest corner of
said Lot 35; also being on the easterly line of a 20 foot alley, thence North, along said
alley and the westerly line of said Lot 35, 36, 37 and 38, 100 feet to the northwest
corner of Lot 38 of said subdivision; thence easterly along the north line of said Lot 38,
125 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 38, being on the east right of way line of said
