The City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency
with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and acting herein
on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real property described and shown on Exhibits "A"
and "B ", attached hereto and made parts hereof, complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of
the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
The above - mentioned real property is a result of Lot Line Adjustment 04 -1505, being an adjustment of the
boundaries of the following portions of land:
1. That portion of Section 33, T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M., lying southerly of the southerly boundary of
Truxtun Avenue; westerly of the easterly boundary of Parcel 6 -B in that certain Quitclaim Deed to the City
of Bakersfield, recorded August 2, 1977 in Bk, 50459 Pg. 4969 O.R.; and northerly of the northerly
boundary lines of Tract 3614 recorded February 8, 1973 in Bk. 249 Pg. 136 of Maps and Tract 3714
recorded January 15, 1975 in Bk. 259 Pg. 170. of Maps, except land conveyed to Stewart and
Wattenbarger, a partnership in deeds recorded: February 19, 1974 in Bk. 48269 Pg. 7659 O.R. and
January 22, 1975 in Bk. 48789 Pg. 10739 O.R. and that portion of land lying within the boundaries of
Parcel 3 of Parcel Map 6791 recorded December 1, 1983 in Bk. 309 Pg. 56 of Parcel Map.
2. Parcel 1 of Lot Line Adjustment No. P98 -0128 as evidenced by Certificate of Compliance recorded April
149 1998, as Document ,No. 0198047444 O.R.
all as filed and recorded in the office of the Kern County Recorder, also being portions of the east half of
