Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex offender,
Joseph Allen Pappas, whose GPS tracking ankle monitor is disabled and his
whereabouts are unknown.
Pappas is a Caucasian male, 40 years old, 6’2” tall, and 200 pounds with brown
hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to call the
Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
