On 5/1/12, the victim left behind his wallet on the counter at the Fastrip, 2698 Mt. Vernon Avenue. The suspect depicted in the attached video surveillance photo is seen taking the wallet. The victim’s credit card was used shortly after that at a local Shell station. Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call Detective Scott Miller at 326-3947.
