to the provisions of the "Street Vacation Act of 1^41,16 lbeint" Divi-
sion of the Streets and 1-Iiihways Code of the ~gate rf California
does hereby resolve as follovis:
Section 1: That it is the intention of the Council of the
City of 13al:ersfield, California, to order the vacation of a portion
of an alley in Tract Njo. 1527, more particularly described as follows:
'Beginning at the point formed by the intersection of the
southerly line of Bank Street ,,.rith the ,�..esterly line of
the alley running, northerly and southerly along the east-
erly side of Tract No. 1527 as said Tract No. 1527 is
shown and delineated on that certain map entitled Tract
No. 1527, filed in the office of the County Recorder of
fern County, California on December 1-
