RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLAN AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS FOR PROP SED IMPROVEMENTS IN STREET
DISTRICT NO. 517 IN THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That the plan and specifications for the following work
to be done and improvement to be made in said City, to-wit:
SECTION 1. (3rd Street) .
To construct curbs and sidewalk where shown on the plan
for said work on either side of 3rd Street between the westerly
line of H Street and a line 14 feet westerly from the easterly
line of Oleander Avenue.
SECTION 2. (Grades).
All of the above work on 3rd Street is to be done to such
grades as are shown on the plan and profile for said work and are
hereby established as the official grades for the doing of said work
and the making of said improvement.
All in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California.
All of said work and improvement is to be done in accord-
ance with the plan and specifications prepared by the City Engineer
of said City and submitted this day of July, 1929, said plan
being entitled "PLAN FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF STREET DISTRICT NO.-- t/r,"
and said specifications being entitled "SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IM-
PROVEMENT OF STREET DISTRICT NO. -(9 7 ", be and the same are hereby
adopted as and for the plan and specifications for the doing of said
work.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Bak-
ersfield, on the &day of July, 1929, by the following vote:
