RESOLUTION .ADOPTING PLAN AND S 'ECIFI-
CATIONS FOR PROPOSED IMPR V✓MENTS IN
STREET DISTRICT NO. S7 N THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.IFORN
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That the plan and specifications for the following work to
be done and improvement to be made in said City, to-wit:
SECTION 1. (Curb and Sidewalk).
To construct curb and sidewalk on either side of Oleander
Avenue where shown on the plan for said work from the center line of
Palm Street to the center line of Brundage Lane including all inter-
sections of streets and alleys within the above limits as shown in-
cluded on the plan for said work and excluding therefrom such por-
tions of sidewalk and curb as have been constructed to the official
line and grade.
SECTION 2. (Grades) .
All of the said work within the above described limits on.
Oleander Avenue is to be done to such grades as shown on the plan
and profile for said work and are hereby established as the official
grades for the doing of said work and the making of said improvement.
All in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California.
SECTION 3. (Plan and Specifications. )
All of said work and improvement is to be done in accord-
ance with the -clan and specifications prepared by the City Engineer
of said City and submitted this _ ay of August, 1029, said
plan being entitled "PLAN FOR THE INP •OVEL,'ENT OF STREET DISTRICT NO.
_KO ", and said specifications being entitled "SPECIFICATTONS FCE
THE IMPROVEMENT OF STREET DISTRICT NO. / ", be and the same are
hereby adopted as and for the plan and specifications for the doing
of s-id work.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed. and adopted. at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of of Bakersfield, on tine - day of August, 1929, by the
following vote:
