RESOLUTION ABANDONING ALL PROCEEDINGS
FOR PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN
STREET DISTRICT NO. 599, IN THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD, as follows:
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield has
heretofore initiated proceedings for certain street improve-
ments in Street District No. 599, and
WHEREAS, all proceedings for the proposed improve-
ments up to and including the Notice of Improvement were
regularly had and taken in accordance with the law in such
cases made and provided, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield deems
it inadvisable to proceed with the work at the present time;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, that all proceedings and each and every
proceeding heretofore had and taken in the matter of the pro-
posed street improvements in Street District No. 599, in the
City of Bakersfield, be and each and every one thereof, is here-
by repealed, vacated, set aside, annulled and abandoned.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bak-
ersfield, on the 30Aay of , 1929, by the following vote:
