That the plan and specifications for the following work
to be clone and improvement to be made in said. City, to-wit:
SECTION 1. (Pacific Street)
To construct curbs and sidewalk where shown on the plan
for said work on either side of Pacific Street between the center
line of Haley Street and the center line of Williams Street.
SECTICII 2. (Gape Street)
To construct curbs end sidewalk where shown on the elan
for said work on either side of Gage Street between the center
line of Pacific Street and the center line of Kentucky Street.
J3],CTICN 5. (Grades)
All of the above work shall be done to such predes as
have been established by ordinance of the council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
Ordinance No. 1.03 passed and adopted Au7ust 1, 1911.
Ordinance No. 304 passed and adopted. Siarch 20, 1916.
All in the City of Bake.•7sfield, Kern •County, Celifornia,
accoreSng to that certain map entltied:
"hiap of the City of Bakersfield, Lem County, California"
filed in the office of the County Recorder of Kern
County, November 25, 1898.
