FIELD, as follows:
That t''.e plans and specifications for the following
work to be done and improvement to be -f-:ade in the it of Bakers-
field, 7ounty of Kern, State of California, to-wit:
SL!iANION 1.
That 17th Street between the easterly line of Y. Street
end the westerly line of Union Avenue be improved by the construc-
tion and installation thereon of an'ornament,l electrolier street
lighting system with sixty-eight (68) electrolier standards and
all necessary conduit and appurten ces, including electrolier
standards of the Union Petal Manufacturing ' ompany, Design No.
1891, built to obtain a light center of fifteen (15) feet and ten
(10) inches, complete as described, with ;atalogue ho. 280382
Generel Electric Form 12 Novelux Unit, and latelo`ue No. 4X569
General Electric I. L. Transformer. Al]. electroliers are to be
set on Portland .ement concrete foundations is shown on the plan
for said work.
Also, that conduit be installed to trensformer locations
for connection to current supply lines.
All of said work and improve ment is to be done in accord-
ance with the plans and suecifications prepared by the City engineer
of said City a,!d submitted this day of , 1930,
