RESOLUTION.
RESOLUTION ABANDONING ALL PROCEEDINGS
FOR PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN
STREET DISTRICT NO. 601, IN THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield has
heretofore initiated proceedings for certain street improvements
in Street District No. 601; and
WHEREAS, all proceedings for the proposed improvements
up to and including the Notice of Improvement were regularly had
and taken in accordance with the law in such cases made and pro-
vided; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield desire
to change the plan for the proposed street improvements as des-
cribed in Resolution of Intention No. 601;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD: That all proceedings and each and every proceeding
heretofore had and taken in the matter of the proposed street im-
provements in Street District No. 601, in the City of Bakersfield,
be and each and every one thereof is hereby repealed, vacated, set
aside, annulled and abandoned.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was regu-
larly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
on the /7 . day of March, 1930, by the following vote:
