A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CLOSING OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 242, KERN, IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, AS SAID ALLEY IS SHOWN ON MAP ENTITLED "MAP OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, KERN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" SHOWING EAST BAKERSFIELD, FORMERLY SUMNER, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER - OF KERN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, JANUARY 12, 1889.
