BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF BA :ERSPi' LD,
as follows:
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield has here-
tofore initiated proceedings for certain street improvements in Pub-
lic Improvement District No. 607; and
TMEREAS, all proceedings for the proposed improvements up
to and including the Resolution Overruling Protests were regularly
had and taken in accordance with the law in such cases made and pro-
vided; and
WHEREAS, the Council of tre City of Bakersfield deems it
inadvisable to proceed with the work at this time;

OF BP-FER:: blELD: That all proceedings and each and every proceeding
heretofore had and taken in the matter of the proposed street improve-
ments in Public Improvement District No. 607 in the City of Bakers-
field, be and each and every one thereof ishereby repealed, vacated,
set aside, annulled and abandoned.

larly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
