RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLAN AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS FOR PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS IN PUB-
LIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. o7 IN
THE CITY OF BAKERSFII'r�D, CALIFOR IA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERS FIELD,
as follows:
That the plan and specifications for the following work
to be done and improvement to be made in said City, to-wit:
SECTION 1.
To construct sanitary sewers of six (6) inch vitrified
salt glazed sewer pipe along the following described lines:
(a) Along the center line of the alley running easterly
and westerly through Block 241, Kern, and the extention easterly
of said center line from a point 20 feet easterly from the easterly
line of Sonora Street to a point 20 feet easterly from the easterly
line of Inyo Street.
(b) Along the center line of the alley running easterly
and westerly through Block 245, Kern, and the extention easterly
of said center line from a point 20 feet easterly from the easterly
line of Inyo Street to a point 28.75 feet easterly from the westerly
line of Tulare Street.
(c) Along a line 1 foot southerly from and parallel with
the southerly line of Block 246, Kern, and the extention westerly
thereof from a point 20 feet westerly from the westerly line of
Kern Street to a point 28.75 feet, measured at right angles, easterly
from the westerly line of Tulare Street.
SECTION 2.
To construct manholes and lampholes as shown on the plan
for said work and to place "Y" branches for house connections at
each and every lot, paiece, or parcel of land in the district, the
exact locstion of said "Y" branches to be designated by the City
Engin eer.
All of said work and improvement is to be done in accord-
ance with the plan and specifications prepared by the City Engineer
of said City and submitted this .2/..066 day of Sizfri-vx.46.1..., 1930,
said plan being entitled "PLAN FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT NO.407 IN 9HE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA" and
said specifications being entitled "SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 607 IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
CALIFORNIA", be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plan
and specifications for the doing of said work.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Bak-
