RESOLUTION ABANDONING ALL PROCEEDINGS
FOR PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEhE153 1N
PUBLIC IIViPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 608,
IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIEL:u, CAL1FOi1IA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 'HE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield has heretofore
initiated proceedings for certain street improvements in Public Improve-
ment District No. 608; and
WHEREAS, all proceedings for the proposed improvements up
to and including the Resolution Overruling Protests were regularly
had and taken in accordance with the law in such cases made and pro-
vided; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield deems it
inadvisable to proceed with the work at this time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE:;01 JED BY TOE COUN:IL OF TIRE CITY
03± B:?KE,tSEIEID: That all proceedings and each and every proceeding
heretofore had and taken in the matter of the proposed street improve-
ments in Public Improvement District No. 608 in the City of Bakers-
field, be and each and every one thereof is hereby repealed, vacated,
set aside, annulled and abandoned.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the
7-0' day of October, 1930, by the following vote:
