BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE COU19CIL OF `hE CITY OF BATE RSrILLD,
as follows:
WriEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield has hereto-
fore initiated proceedings for certain street improvements in
Public Improvement District No. 610; and
WHEREAS, all proceedings for the proposed improvements up
to and including the Notice of Improvement were regularly had
and taken in accordance with the law in such cases made and pro-
vided; and
WEL1xEAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield deems it in-
advisable to proceed with the work at this time;

BAhl,,RS1IE LD: That all proceedings and each and every proceeding
heretofore had and taken in the matter of the proposed street
improvements in Public Improvement District No. 610 in the City
of Bakersfield, be and each and every one thereof is hereby re-
pealed, vacated, set aside, annulled and abandoned.

I HEREBY CERT1rY that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the
