BE IT RESOLVED BY T, 1E COUN'';'IL OI•' TliE C1TY OF BAKERS I?:Lt), as follows: W E-EAS, t1-e Council of the ;ity of Bakersfield did on the 15th day of June, 1931, pass its Resolution of Intention No. 611, to order the following work to be done, to -wit: That the width of the alley running easterly and west- erly through Block 322, City of Bakersfield, be reduced from thrity- three (33) feet to twenty (20) feet. The lands necessary and convenient to be abandoned for said purpose are particularly described as follows: (a) Beginning at a point in the westerly line of G Street 115.5 feet southerly from the southerly line of 10th Street; thence westerly and parallel with the southerly line of 16th Street to the easterly line of F Street; tF-ence southerly along the easterly line of F Street 6.5 feet; thence easterly and parallel with the southerly line of 16th Street to the westerly line of G Street; thence northerly along tle westerly line of G Street 6.5 feet to the point of beginning. (b) Beginning at a point in the westerly line of G Street 115.5 feet northerly from the northerly line of 15th Street; tl^ence westerly and parallel with the northerly line of 15th Street to the easterly line of F Street; thence northerly along the easterly line of F Street 6.5 feet; thence easterly and parallel with the northerly line of 15th ,street to the westerly line of G Street; thence southerly along the westerly line of G Street 6.5 feet to t.'r,e point of beginning. For further particulars reference is 1,ereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 611, for the above described work, on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Bakersfield. VVTIv1-,.P,'AS0 the Street Superintendent of tl,,e City of Bakers- field, did thereupon cause notices of the passage of said 'resolution to be posted and published for ten (10) da7s in the manner and form as reouired by law; and W EREAS, no objections have been filed against said work and improvement, and more than ten (10) days have elapsed after the expiration of the time of publication and posting of said notices of the passage of said Resolution, and the Council of the City of Bakersfield has acquired jurisdiction to order said work as proposed in said Resolution to be done; NOI,V, IT 16 1.r'F--1,EBY Oi-LDEHED, that said work and improvement be done as aforesaid and as specifically described in said Resolution of Intention No. 611, and that the alley running easterly and westerly through Blof,,k 322, City of Bakersfield, be and the same is hereby diminished to a uniform width of twenty (20) feet.
