RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT OF CITY
ENGINEER AND FIXING A TIME AND PLACE
FOR HEARING OF PROTESTS.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield did on the
SA day of April, 1935, by resolution, direct the .Engineer of the
City of Bakersfield to prepare a written report upon the proposed
improvement and installation of a certain sewer in the vicinity of
Blanche Street, Bakersfield, California,
AND aHEREAS said report has been prepared and is submitted
herewith,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that the said report be and the same is hereby approved
this 15th day of April, 1935, and ordered filed w_th the Clerk of the
Council of the City of Bakersfield;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a hearing be held by the
Council of the City of Bakersfield at the Council Chambers in the City
Hall at S o'clock P. M. on Monday, the ay of May, 1935, at which
time and place all protests and objections will be heard; and the Clerk
of this Council is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing as
provided by Section 6 of the Special Assessment, Investi -7ation, Limita-
t1on and Majority Protest Act of 1931.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the 15th
day of April, 1935;
