RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLAN, PROFILES,
DETAILED DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS IN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 631, IN THE
CITY OF BAY;ER�-FIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIE: CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That the plan, profiles, detailed drawings and specifica-
tions for the following work to be done and improvement to be made in
said City,to -wit:
The construction of asphalt concrete pavement, cement
concrete curbs and gutters, and part- circle culverts on 21st Street
in said City, said plan and profiles being delineated on a plan con-
sisting of two (2) sheets, entitled "PLAN FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 631 ", and said specifications being entitled "SPECIFICA-
TIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 631 IN THE CITY OF BAKERS -
FIELD, CALIFORNIA ", and said plan and specifications are hereby
adopted as and for the plan, profiles, detailed drawings and specifica-
tions for the doing of said work and making of said improvement.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was intro-
duced, passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at
a regular meeting thereof held on the 14 day of
