RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION ABANDONING ALL PROCEEDINGS
FOR PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION N0. 633, IN THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield has here-
tofore initiated proceedings for certain improvements under Resolution
of Intention No. 633;
AND WHEREAS, the Council finds that Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 633 designated The Kern Herald as the daily newspaper pub-
lished and circulated in said City in which the Street Superintendent's
notice of the passage of said Resolution should be published,
AND WHEREAS, The Kern Herald ceased publication as a
daily newspaper before the Notice of Public Work for said Resolution
of Intention No. 633 had been published the required number of days,
AND WHEREAS the Council of the City of Bakersfield finds
that it is necessary to abandon all proceedings under Resolution of
Intention No. 633 and institute a new proceeding,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD: That all proceedings and each and every proceeding
heretofore had and taken in the matter of the proposed improvements
under Resolution of Intention No. 633, in the City of Bakersfield, be
and every one thereof, is hereby repealed, vacated and set aside,
annulled and abandoned.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, on the
Y ay of May, 1941, by the following vote:
