IN THE CITY OF BAiU;RSFILLD, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LLMSFIELD,
as follows:
YJHEREisS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield has hereto-
lore initiated proceedings for certain improvements under Resolution
of Intention ido. 647, and
'w13EREA,S, it has been determined that additional work should
be done in addition to the work described in said Resolution of
Intention No. 647 and that new proceedings should be instituted,
NOW, Ti-MA :FORE, BE IT RESOLVED liY '2HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BLaRSFIELD: That all proceedings heretofore had and taken in the
matter of the proposed improvements under Resolution of Intention
No. 647, in the City of Bakersfield, be and every one thereof is
hereby repealed, vacated and set aside, annulled and abandoned.

passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 'J st day of October, 19469 by
