CEEDINGS RESOLUTION
FOR PROPOSEDNIMPROVEMENTS lo 2 4 46
UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 649,
IN THE CITY OF B.AKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAXERSFIELD,
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield has
heretofore initiated proceedings for certain improvements under
Resolution of Intention No. 649; and
WHEREAS, certain changes in the description of the
properties so proposed to be improved have been made; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield finds
that it is necessary to abandon all proceedings under Resolution of
Intention No. 649 and institute a new proceeding,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF B.AKERSFIELD: That all proceedings heretofore had and taken in
the matter of the proposed improvements under Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 649, in the City of Bakersfield, be and every one thereof
is hereby repealed, vacated, set aside, annulled and abandoned.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 9th day of December, 1946, by the follow-
ing vote:
