A RESOLUTION ABANDONING ALL PRO-
CEEDINGS FOR PROPOSED 311PROVMMNTS
U14DER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION x. 656
IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAIMRSFIELD, as
follows:
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield has heretofore
initiated proceedings for certain improvements under Resolution of
Intention No. 656; and
WHEREAS, persons owning real.property which was proposed to be
assessed to pay the costs of the work were not properly notified
of the hearing on said Resolution of Intention; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield finds that it
is necessary to abandon all proceedings under Resolution of Intention
No. 656 and institute new proceedings,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
B.AIMSFIELD: That all proceedings heretofore had and taken in the
matter of the proposed improvements under Resolution of Intention
No. 656, in the City of Bakersfield, be and every one thereof is hereby
repealed, vacated and set aside, annulled and abandoned.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of October, 1946, by the
following vote:
