WHEREAS, a recommendation by the Health Officer of the City
of Bakersfield was filed with the City Council and spread upon the
minutes of July 1, 1946, recommending, as necessary as a health
measure, the construction of Sanitary Sewers as shown on "Plan and
Profile for Public Improvement District No. 656 "; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield has investi-
gated the matter and is fully advised in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City
of Bakersfield hereby finds and determines, to wit:
That it is necessary as a health measure to construct the
Sanitary Sewers, Standard Manholes, Lampholes and "Y" Branches, as
shown on "Plan and Profile for Public Improvement District No. 656,"
in Blocks 201, 202, 213, 214, 215 and 216, Kern Division, and in
Miller Street, all in the City of Bakersfield.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the YLday of July, 1946, by the following vote:
AYES: CARNAKIS, CROSC, NOCRIS, RYCER, SI @MON, YANBERtE , VERCAMMEN
