HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES NO 35-46RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE 3 5 46 CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ORDERING .THE VACATION OF THE 1'i PH -OWTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 33,, BMUURD ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF BAMSFIELD, CALIFORNIA. The Council of the'City of Bakersfield, California, pursuant to the provisions of the "Street Vacation Act of 1941," being Divi- sion 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, does hereby resolve as follows 1. That the public interest and convenience require, and it is hereby ordered that: All of the north -south alley in Block 3, Bernard Addition, between the northerly line of the east - west alley'in said Bleak and the southerly line of Bernard.Street, as said Block is shown on "The Revised Nap of the Bernard Addition to Kern" filed in the office of the County Recorder of Kern County, June 129 1893, in Nap"Book 1, page 43, which said property is situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, be and the same is hereby closed up, vacated and abandoned for public street purposes, subject to and governed by the reservations and exceptions contained in and con- templated by Resolution of Intention No. 658, adopted by the Council of said City on the 5th day of August, 1946. Reference to said Resolution of Intention is hereby made for further particulars. 2.
