WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bakersfield passed
iesolution of Intention No. 659 on October 7, 1946, stating its
intention to order certain work to be done and improvement to be
made, which work and improvement is described therein, and
WHEREA69 the City Engineer has heretofore filed with the
City Clerk a careful estimate of the costs and expenses thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the estimate of the
costs and expenses of the work to be done, submitted by the City
Engineer, is hereby accepted.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of October, 1946,
by the following vote:
AYES: CARNAKIS, CROSS, NORRIS, RYDER, SIEMON, VANDERLEI, VERCAMMEN
