HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES NO 40-46WHEREAS, a recommendation by the Health Officer of the City of 3akersfield was filed with the City Council and spread upon the minutes of July 1, 1946, recommending, as necessary as a health measure, the construction of Sanitary Sewers as shown on "Flan and Profile for Public Improvement District No. 659 "; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield has investigated the matter and is fully advised in the premises; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Bakersfield hereby finds and determines, to wit: That it is necessary as a health measure to construct the Sanitary Sewers, Standard Manholes, Lampholes and "Y" Branches, as shown on "Plan and Profile for Public Improvement District No. 659," in Blocks 201, 202, 2137 214, 215 and 216 Kern Division, and in Miller Street, all in the City of Bakersfield. I IEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meet- ing thereof held on the 7th day of October, 1946, by the following vote: AYES: CARN,AKIS, ~,`, NORMS, RYCER, Si -,AON, `.YdJ= ERLEI, VERCAC;P:ici!
