A RE60LU.I'IOI OF THE COUNCIL, OF `f HE CITY OF
BA M&SPIMD, ORDMING THE VACATION OF A
IJORTIO "d 0 ' 9th STREET IT THE CITY OF B,",MRS-
FI]'rD, CALIFORNIA.
The Council of the City of Da %e rsfieldj California, pursuant
to the provisions of the "Street Vacation Let of 1941," being Divi-
sion 9 of the Streets and ITighways Code of the 4 >tate of California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the public interest and convenience require, and
it is hereby ordered that:
u11 of 9th Street lying between the westerly line
of "N" Street and a line 122 feet westerly thereof
and parallel therewith; also all of the northerly
u2.5 feet of that portion of 9th Street lying between
the easterly line of "R" Street and a line 122 feet
easterly thereof and parallel therewith. All as
shorn and delineated on l: ap of the City of Ba'zzers-
field, recorded November 25, 1393, in Book 1 of
I "ups at pages 13 and 14, records of 'Kern County,
California;
be and the same is hereby closed up, vacated and abandoned for public
street purposes, subject to and in conformity with Resolution of
Intention No. 663, adopted by the Council of said City on the 25th
day of November! 1946. Reference to said Resolution of Intention
is hereby made for further particulars.
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Resolution, and shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution,
attested by the Clerk udder the seal of the City, to be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of Kern, California.
