were required to show cause, if any they have, why such report should

plat be and the same are hereby approved and confirmed.

to forward a certified copy of said report, assessment and plat, to
the �'uperintendent of Streets and to file a copy of the plat, ap-
propriately designated, in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Kern.
