A RESOLUTION APPROVING BONDS OF 1 9 4
COMMISSIONERS .APPOINTED IN THE MATTER
OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 662
IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, HARRY E. HAKE, ELMER F. KARPE and CHARLES A. ROSS,
have been appointed Commissioners in the matter of the acquisition
of all land necessary for the opening of a 60 -foot street between
the southerly line of 2nd Street and the northerly right of way
line of the Kern Island Canal, in the City of Bakersfield, by
resolution of the Council of said City; and
WHEREAS, said Commissioners have and each of them has filed
with the.City Clerk their respective bonds as such Commissioners
in the form and of sufficient surety as required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said bonds be and each
of them is hereby approved.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 7th day of April, 19479 by the follow-
ing vote:
