BAKERSFIELD,_C.ALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield, California,
did, on the 13th day of January, 19479 pass and adopt Resolution of
Intention No. 662, to order the work and improvement therein described
to be done, and
WHEREAS, notice of the passage of said Resolution of Inten-
tion was given in the manner prescribed by law, and
WHEREAS, written objection has been filed with the Clerk and
notice of time and place of hearing thereon has been given by the
Clerk to each objector, in the manner prescribed by law, and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place of hearing on said
objection, and the City Council having proceeded to hear the same;
and said Council being required to pass upon the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF B.AEERSFIELD, as follows:
That all of the protests and objections against said work
and improvement, and to the extent of the assessment district, be
and the same are hereby overruled and denied.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 24th day of February, 19479 by the following vote:
