That the City Engineer is hereby ordered and directed to
prepare, or cause to be prepared, a written report pursuant to
Sections 2320 to 2330 inclusive, of the Streets and Highways Code
of the State of California, as amended, for the acquisition of
land for street purposes as set forth and described in Resolution
No. _,],, and as particularly shown and indicated on Plat con-
sisting of one sheet heretofore approved by the City Council on
the with day of July, 1946, and on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said City.
