A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REPORT OF CITY ENGINEER
.AND SETTING A TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING IN
THE MATTER OF STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
662, IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bakersfield did on
the 21st day of October, 1946, instruct the City Engineer of the
City of Bakersfield to prepare a written report pursuant to Sections
2 and 3 of "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority
Protest .Act of 1931," as amended, and thereafter said report was
presented to the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, as follows:
1. That the written report presented by the City Engineer
in the matter of Street Improvement District No. 662 is hereby approved,
and it is ordered that the same be placed on file in the office of
the City Clerk of the City of Bakersfield.
2. That said City Council hereby fixes Monday, the 6th day
of January, 1947, at the hour of.8 o'clock P. M., in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall in the City of Bakersfield as the time and
place of hearing on said written report, and notice is hereby given
that such hearing will be hold at such time and place by said City
Council.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 25th day of November, 1946, by the following vote:
