A RESOLUTION ABANDONING ALL PROCEED-
INGS FOR PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS UNDER
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION N0. 666 IN
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
`WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the 13th
day of October, 1947, passed and adopted Resolution of Intention
No. 666, to order the improvement described therein to be done, and
WHEREAS, protests against the work proposed by said Resolution
of Intention and against the extent of the district to be assessed
were filed with the Clerk by the owners of more than one -half of
the area of the property to be assessed for said improvement, prior
to the time set for hearing protests;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, that all proceedings in the matter of the proposed
improvements under Resolution of Intention No. 666, in the City of
Bakersfield, be and every one thereof is hereby repealed, vacated
and set aside, annulled andebandoned.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 24th day of November, 1947, by the following
vote:
