A RESOLUTION ORDERING A WRITTEN
REPORT IN CONNECTION WITH THE WIDEN -
ING A14D RESURFACING OF 23RD RTREST
BETWEEN G STRJT AXD CHESTER AVENUE
IN THE CITY OF B.AMSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT ABSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKMF'IIMD, as
follows}
That the City Engineer is hereby ordered and directed to prepares
or cause to be preparedg a written report pursuant to Sections 2320
to 2330 inclusives of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California} as amended, for the widesi.ng .and resurfacing. of 23rd Street
as set forth and described in Resolution No, 79, and as particularly
shown and indicated on a map entitled "Plan and profile for the
Improvement of 23rd Street Between G Street and Chester Avenue,"
heretofore approved by the City Council on 'March 179 1947, and on
file in the office of the City Clerk of said City.

I HEREMY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 6th day of Octoberr 1947, by the follow-
