WHEimust the Council of the City of Bakersfields on the 7th
day of March,, 19491, passed and adopted Resolution of intention No. 6739
declaring its intention to order the vacation of an alley in Block No. is
6anta Fe Addition No. 1, in the City of Bakersfield,, California! and
,r'i3E IFAS s a public hearing was held on the Metter of the Proposed
vacation at the time and place fi"d in said Resolutions but no
further action was taken by this Councils and
r'I MAss this Council hereby finds and determines that the
vacation of said alley is not in the public interest.
VDWs TI FORE,, BE IT RMOLVED by the city council of the City
of Bakersfield# that the proceedings for tiles vacation of said alleys
which proceedings were commenced by the passage of said Resolution
of Intention too. 6739 be and the same are hereby abandoned and
terminated.

adopted by the Council of the City of Bakeraff.eld at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 9th day of October# 1950, by the following
