HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES NO 42-49 RESOLUTION Np 4 2 4 9 .A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND DETERMINING CORRECTION FACTOR TO DETERMINE TRUE,VALUE OF LANDS WITHIN THE CITY OF BA1ERSFIELD. WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield desires to use the taxation rolls of said city as a basis for computing the true value of the lands in said city as provided in the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, being Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF B&HERSFIBLD, as follows: That the total assessed valuation for city purposes of all taxable lands in the city as the same is shown upon the last equalized taxation assessment roll of said city is $16,817,805.00. That the corresponding total assessed valuation of the lands in the city for county purposes as the same is shown upon the last equalized taxation assessment roll of the county, in which said city is situated, is $11,450,240.00.
