RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLAN AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS FOR PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS IN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 675 IN THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKSERSFIELD,
as follows:
That the plan and specifications for the following work to
be done and improvement to be made in said City, to wit: The
construction of a sanitary sewer of 6 inch vitrified clay sewer
pipe in East Truxtun Avenue, Gage Street and East 18th Street,
all in the City of Bakersfield, California. The construction of
manholes and loopholes where shown on the plan for said work and
the placing of "Y" branches at each and every lot, piece or parcel
of land in the district, the exact location of said "Y" branches
to be designated by the City Engineer, said plan being entitled
"Plan for Public Improvement District No. 675u and said specifica-
tions being entitled "Specifications, Information to Bidders, Special
Provisions, Bid Proposal and Contract for Public Improvement District
No. 675, May 1949" be and the same are hereby adopted as and for
the plan and specifications for the doing of said work and making
said improvement.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 23rd day of May, 1949, by the following votes
