WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
County of Rem, State of California, has this day presented to
and filed with, the Clerk of the Council of the City of Bakere-
field, an assessment diagram covering and showing the real property
described in Resolution of Intention No. 675, adopted by the City
Council of said city on the 13th day of March, 1950, and said
assessment diagram appearing to be in all respects correct and
proper and in full conformity with the provisions of Sections 5341
and 5342 of the ctreets and Highways Code of the State of California.
NOW, THERIaME, 3h IT RECOLVED by the City Council that
said assessment diagram so prepared and filed as set forth, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is hereby directed
to certify the fact and date of this approval, and immediately there.
