A RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT OF CITY"
ENGINEER AND SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING IN THE MATTER OF PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 675 IN THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bakersfield did,
on the 23rd day of May, 1949, instruct the City Engineer to pre-
pare a written report pursuant to the Special Assessment Investiga-
tion, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, as amended, and
thereafter said report was presented to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, as follows:
1. That the written report presented by the City Engineer
in the matter of Public Improvement District No. 675, is hereby
approved, and it is ordered that the same be placed on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Bakersfield.
2. That said City Council hereby fixes Monday, the 13th
day of March, 1950, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall in the City of Bakersfield, California,
as the time and place of hearing on said written report and notice
is hereby given that such hearing will be heard at such time and
place by said City Council.
3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
said hearing as provided in said Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, as amended.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 6th day of February, 1950, by the fol-
lowing vote:
