RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING
PLAN AND PROFILE FOR PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 683.
CE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
that the plan and profile for the following work to be done and
improvement to be made in said City, to wit: The construction of
a 6 inch sanitary sewer of vitrified clay pipe, in, along and 5 feet
northerly from and parallel with the southerly line of Brundage Lane
and extending easterly from a lamphole to be constructed at a point
32 feet easterly from the northerly extension of the westerly line
of Tract No. 1061, to a manhole to be constructed in the City's
30 inch outfall main sewer at a point distant 10 feet westerly from
the northerly extension of the easterly line of Tract :To. 1061, is
hereby are roved.
said plan and profile is delineated on a plan consisting of
one (1) sheet, entitled "Plan for IUblic Improvement District No. 683"
and said plan and profile is hereby adopted as and for the plan and
profile for the doing of said wore and making of said improvement.

I HE:= CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 26th day of Decembee, 1950, by the following vote:
