NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Disability Retirement Review Committee
for Safety Members of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special meeting for the
purpose of investigating an application for disability retirement on Monday, August
6, 2012, at 2:00 P.M., in Conference Room A, located at City Hall North, 1 st Floor,
1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California, to consider:
1. Roll Call.
2. Public Statements.
3. Closed session to consider public employment of Senior Police
Officer, Ted J. Martinez
(Government Code, Section 54957 (b) (1)/54957.6).
4. Closed Session Action.
5. Committee Comments.
6. Adjournment.
