IN THE MATTER OF PUBLIC INPROMEDIT DI
TRICT NOO 6740
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
4;ounty of Kern, State of California, that the City Enginner be and
he is hereby authorized, and directed to prepare and feraish to
this Council, plans and specifications, together aith careful
estimates of the costs and expenses of work in connection with
the conetruction of sanitary sewers in Public Improvement District
No. 678.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regu-
lar meeting thereof held on the 6th day of February, 1950$ by
the following votes
